We live in a house that has decent size bathrooms but the builder decided that we didn't need closets for towels, toiletries and supplies.  They did give us a tiny little room with a comode for privacy.  What I did was install as many shelves as possible in that little space.  It's so small that I had to take pictures from outside of the comode room! Behind the inward swinging door was a triangular space. I installed triangular shelves from 18 inches above the floor to as high a s I could reach.  Then I installed shelves above the comode, all the way to the 10 foot ceiling. All the shelves are 3/4 inch A/A birch ply with pine mouldings. They sit on 3/4inch quarter round pine or 2 1/2 inch base board hung fat side up(depending on wheather you could see it or not).  All is stained to match the Shaw laminate flooring  and finished with water base polyurethane.  Now we can go buy T.P. at Costco and have a place to put it! YAY!  Grin
